We aim to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, specifications and measurements for all products displayed on our website.

Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device or display settings.

Most of our furniture is made to order unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page. Estimated production and delivery times are shown on the relevant product pages and are provided as estimates.

3. Orders

When placing an order, you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided, including your contact details and delivery address, is complete and accurate.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where payment cannot be processed, information supplied is incorrect, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, a product becomes unavailable, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in euro (€).

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver throughout the Republic of Ireland.

Delivery is free of charge throughout the Republic of Ireland.

Most of our furniture is made to order unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page. Estimated production and delivery times are shown on the relevant product pages. These timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by production or transport delays.

Once your order arrives in Ireland, it will be forwarded to the delivery address as soon as possible. Specific delivery dates or times cannot be selected or guaranteed.

Delivery is to the entrance of the property only. Our delivery service does not include carrying furniture inside the property, carrying items upstairs, assembly, or placement of furniture in a particular room.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the furniture ordered is suitable for their property and that there is sufficient access for delivery.

6. Cancellations and Returns

Your cancellation and return rights are governed by applicable Irish consumer law.

Details of our cancellation and return procedures, including any applicable exclusions and return costs, are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms of Service affects your statutory consumer rights.

7. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at info@movira.ie.

Your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods are not affected by these Terms of Service.

8. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors may occur.

We may update or correct product information, prices, descriptions or other website content where necessary.
